SEO.Domains Mastery Summit Ticket Giveaway:
“The Answer You Want to Hear Live”

1. The promoter

1.1 This promotion is run by SEO.Domains.
1.2 The promotion is referred to throughout as “the Giveaway”.
1.3 By entering, you accept these terms in full.

2. Not affiliated with the platforms

2.1 The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), or X Corp.
2.2 You are providing your information to SEO.Domains, not to any of those platforms. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Giveaway should be directed to us, not to the platform.  

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the date of entry.
3.2 Entry is not open to residents of any territory where participation would be unlawful, or where sanctions or export controls would prevent us from awarding the prize.
3.3 Winners are responsible for holding, or being able to obtain, any visa or travel documentation required to enter Bulgaria. We cannot assist with visa applications and a refused visa does not entitle a winner to an alternative prize or to any cash equivalent.

4. No purchase necessary

4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Buying a domain, a ticket, or any other product or service from SEO.Domains does not improve your chance of winning.

5. Entry period

5.1 Entries open on 20 August 2026 at the time the launch post is published.
5.2 Entries close on 30 August 2026 at 23:59 Sofia time (EEST, GMT+3).
5.3 Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

6. How to enter

6.1 To enter, submit the one SEO question you would most want answered live at the SEO.Domains Mastery Summit, by any of the following routes:
– Commenting on the official Giveaway launch post on the SEO.Domains LinkedIn page
– Commenting on the official Giveaway launch post on the SEO.Domains Facebook page
– Replying to the official Giveaway launch post on the SEO.Domains X account
– Replying by email to [email protected].
6.2 One entry per person. Where a person submits more than one question, or enters across multiple platforms, only their first entry by time of submission will be judged.
6.3 Entrants must follow the SEO.Domains page on the platform they enter through, and must be contactable — either by open direct messages on that platform, or by the email address used to enter. We are not able to award a prize to an entrant we cannot reach.
6.4 Entries must be your own work. Entries that are copied, automated, submitted by bulk or bot accounts, or submitted through accounts created for the purpose of entering will be disqualified.  

7. Entry content

7.1 Your question must not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
7.2 Your question must not disclose confidential information belonging to your employer, your clients, or any third party. Do not name clients, sites or accounts you are not authorised to name. You are responsible for what you submit.
7.3 We may remove or refuse any entry at our discretion, including entries that identify a third party without their consent.

8. Judging

8.1 Winners are selected on the merit of their submitted question, not at random and not by number of likes, comments or shares.
8.2 Entries are judged by Kalin Karakehayov, founder of SEO.Domains.
8.3 Judging criteria, applied in this order:
– Specificity – a precise question about a real situation beats a broad one
– Usefulness to the room – whether the answer would be valuable to other attendees, not only to the person asking
– Whether the question is one that is genuinely difficult to get answered elsewhere
8.4 Judging takes place on September 1, 2026. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.5 If fewer than three eligible entries are received, we may award fewer than three prizes.

9. Prizes

9.1 Three prizes are available:
– one Mastermind ticket to the SEO.Domains Mastery Summit 2026, including the mastermind day on 9 September 2026
– one regular ticket to the SEO.Domains Mastery Summit 2026
– one regular ticket to the SEO.Domains Mastery Summit 2026
9.2 The Summit takes place at Hotel Marinela, Sofia, Bulgaria, on 9–11 September 2026.
9.3 The prize covers admission only. It does not include:
– Travel to or from Sofia, including flights, transfers and local transport
– Accommodation
– Meals and drinks other than those provided to all attendees as part of the programme
– Travel insurance, visa fees, or any personal expenses
9.4 There is no cash alternative and prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded or deferred to a future event.
9.5 Prizes are awarded as named tickets. In line with our standard ticket policy, a ticket may be transferred to another member of the same company as the winner, on written request to us before 5 September 2026. Tickets may not be sold, auctioned, or transferred outside the winner’s company.
9.6 Winning questions will be put to the speakers and answered live during the Summit. We will make reasonable efforts to have all three answered, but the running order and format of sessions may change, and we cannot guarantee the time or session in which a question is addressed.

10. Notification and acceptance

10.1 Winners will be contacted by September 2, 2026 through the platform they entered on, or by email.
10.2 Winners must confirm acceptance within 72 hours of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within that time, or declines, or is found to be ineligible, we may award the prize to the next-placed entry.
10.3 Winners will be announced publicly on September 1, 2026 across the SEO.Domains social channels.

11. Use of entries and winner names

11.1 By entering, you grant SEO.Domains a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, publish, adapt and use your submitted question – in marketing materials, on stage at the Summit, on our website and social channels, and in subsequent content – without further payment or approval.
11.2 Attribution is optional and yours to decide.
11.3 By accepting a prize, winners agree that their name and, where they have consented, their photograph and job title may be used in publicity relating to the Giveaway and the Summit.

12. Data protection

12.1 SEO.Domains is the data controller for personal data collected through the Giveaway.
12.2 We collect and process the following: your name and social profile or email address, your submitted question, and – for winners only – the details needed to issue a ticket.
12.3 The lawful basis for processing entry data is your consent, given by entering, and our legitimate interest in administering the Giveaway.
12.4 Entry data will be retained for a month after the Summit and then deleted, except where we need to keep records for accounting or legal reasons.
12.5 We will not sell your data. We will not add you to our marketing list on the basis of your entry alone – marketing consent is separate and opt-in.
12.6 You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing consent before judging will remove your entry from the Giveaway.

13. Disqualification

13.1 We may disqualify any entry, without notice, where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms, an attempt to manipulate the Giveaway, use of multiple or fake accounts, or conduct that damages the reputation of SEO.Domains or the Summit.
13.2 If a prize has already been awarded when a breach comes to light, we may withdraw it.  

14. Liability

14.2 We are not liable for: entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for any reason; technical failures on any platform; or any loss or cost arising from participation in the Giveaway or attendance at the Summit.
14.3 Attendance at the Summit is subject to the Summit’s own terms and the venue’s rules.  

15. Changes and cancellation

15.1 We may amend these terms or cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway where circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. Any change will be published on this page.
15.2 If the Summit is postponed, relocated or cancelled, prizes will be handled in line with the general Summit ticket policy that applies to all ticket holders.
