About the Role

We’re looking for а dynamic SEO Project Manager to join SEO Beyond Organic, one of the companies under our main group. You will turn client needs into clear tasks, coordinate the SEO and Content teams, and make sure the work ships on time and at quality.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Client Success Manager and gather client requirements.
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks for SEO, Content, and other operational teams.
  • Assign tasks, monitor timely delivery, and ensure the quality of completed work.
  • Perform final quality checks on completed tasks, including links, content, and other SEO-related elements.
  • Coordinate work across multiple teams and communicate actively with nearly all departments within SEO Beyond Organic, particularly the Content team.
  • Manage multiple parallel tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent shifts in focus.
  • Ensure clear communication, timely execution, and adherence to agreed deadlines.
  • Quickly adapt to and support the effective implementation of new processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, including work across different websites and projects.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and a solid understanding of key areas such as link building, content, technical SEO, and on-page optimization.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to communicate tasks clearly, coordinate with different stakeholders, and follow work through to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform thorough quality checks on SEO deliverables.
  • Reliability, accountability, and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Adaptability, the ability to quickly learn new processes, and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
