SEO.Domains Mastery Summit 2026 Recap: the Best Blackhat SEO Conference

Image features text SEO.Domains Mastery Summit Recap and photo of Kalin Karakehayov

From September 9 to 11, SEO.Domains partnered with SEO Mastery Summit to bring 300 SEOs, affiliates, agency owners, founders, and digital asset masters together in Sofia for three days of the best blackhat SEO conference: SEO.Domains Mastery Summit. No recordings, no filtered takeaways – just blackhat, greyhat, and off-the-record tactics discussed in the open, the way the room actually talks once the cameras are off.

Editor’s note: This post was updated live throughout the SEO.Domains Mastery Summit 2026, from the Mastermind Day kickoff through the closing session. What you’re reading now is the final recap version, rewritten in full after the event wrapped.

What Is the SEO.Domains Mastery Summit?

SEO.Domains Mastery Summit is the best blackhat SEO conference happening on a yearly basis, built around off-the-record tactics that most events won’t put on a stage. It’s organized jointly by SEO.Domains and Mads Singers’ SEO Mastery Summit, bringing together SEOs, affiliates, agency owners, founders, and digital asset masters for closed-door strategy sessions, small-group masterminds, and main-stage talks from people actually running the tactics they present.

The first edition took place September 9-11, 2026, at Hotel Marinela Sofia, Bulgaria.

Quick facts:

  • Name: SEO.Domains Mastery Summit
  • Organizers: SEO.Domains and Mads Singers (SEO Mastery Summit)
  • Frequency: Annual
  • First edition: September 9-11, 2026, Hotel Marinela Sofia, Bulgaria
  • Format: Mastermind Day (small-group, closed-door) followed by two days of main-stage talks
  • Focus: Off-the-record SEO strategy, including blackhat and greyhat tactics alongside mainstream and technical SEO
  • Attendance: 300 SEOs, affiliates, agency owners, founders, and digital asset masters

We built this summit for people who are done playing it safe on content, links, AI, and authority.

What Did the SEO.Domains Mastery Summit Cover?

The Summit covered seven core topics: scaling sites in difficult niches, using aged domains and authority intelligently, link-building and authority signals, AI content and Generative Engine Optimization, building testable and scalable SEO systems, acquiring and growing digital assets, and agency and affiliate growth strategy.

There’s no single lever that moves every site – domains, links, entities, content, technical setup, user behavior, and distribution each carry different weight depending on the niche. The agenda was built around that reality instead of a one-size-fits-all playbook, which is why the sessions ranged across:

  • Building and scaling sites in difficult niches
  • Using aged domains and existing authority intelligently
  • Link-building, authority signals, and the limits of third-party metrics
  • AI content, LLM visibility, and Generative Engine Optimization
  • Building SEO systems that can be tested, improved, and scaled
  • Acquiring, operating, and growing digital assets
  • Agency growth, affiliate models, and operational decision-making

SEO.Domains in particular came with aged and expired domains with real history and clean profiles, ready-to-buy websites, managed link building, and GIGALinks.com – our platform for AI citations and brand mentions in LLM-driven search.

How Did the Conference Days Unfold?

The conference ran across three days at Hotel Marinela Sofia, Bulgaria – a venue built for serious work. Sofia has an established tech and entrepreneurial scene, giving attendees room to operate outside the usual online noise.

Wednesday, September 9 – Mastermind Day

The conference opened with an optional mastermind: small-group, closed-door conversations for attendees who wanted more than main-stage talks before the main program started. No big crowd, no stage – just focused, no-fluff exchange between sharp people in a small room, which turned out to be exactly the kind of insider knowledge and brainiac insight the rest of the week built on. The SEO.Domains and GIGALinks.com booths were live at Hotel Marinela Sofia for the whole event, right from day one.

Thursday, September 10 – The Main Stage Opens

Robert Niechciał and Trifon Boyukliyski opened the main stage. Karina Bogachova spoke on scaling SEO with domain portfolios, automation, and programmatic SEO. Hristo Bogdanov walked through lessons from 50+ GEO campaigns. The afternoon brought Koray Tuğberk GÜBÜR, Aleks Ivanovski on AI search manipulation, and Ivana Flynn on surviving negative SEO in 2026, with Kalin Karakehayov closing out the day. An exclusive VIP dinner followed.

Friday, September 11 – Closing Day

The final day covered AI systems for SEO, GEO and AEO, link building, parasite SEO, and tactical hacks, plus a live Q&A with James Dooley on brand defense against blackhat attacks, private link networks, and AI exploitation. Margarita Arsova, Michał Rochwerger, Jesper Nissen, Terry Kyle, Olesia Korobka, Julia Logan, and Alan Cladx closed out the speaker lineup.

Three days, an incredible lineup, and no shortage of insider knowledge and brainiac insights – that’s a wrap on the SEO.Domains Mastery Summit 2026 in Sofia.

Why Did SEO.Domains Host This Event?

SEO.Domains has backed SEO Mastery Summit events as a partner before, with Kalin speaking on previous main stages – this year, Sofia was the home turf. These events cover PBNs, link manipulation, and the gray areas most conferences won’t touch on stage, alongside the mainstream playbook.

Authority isn’t a badge one platform hands out or takes away. It’s an asset – built through history, relevance, links, content, and execution. Three days in Sofia with the people who build that asset for a living was the point.
