SEO Domains EOOD, with UIN: 207155788 is a European-based company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with its registered office and address in Switch CoWorking Space, str. Otets Paisyi 42, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or GDPR). We know how important privacy is to our customers, and we strive to be transparent about how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information.

By using SEO.Domains’ website, products, services, as well as all data and content that you receive from SEO.Domains (collectively referred to as ‘Service’), you agree to comply with this Policy. II. DATA COLLECTION

    • Your previous orders
  2. Data you provide when creating an account – when you register an account, you are required to input an email address or login details for your already existing Google, Facebook, Twitter or Email accounts. We may also collect your IP for identification purposes.
  3. To upgrade our Service or detect potential infringements, we may collect non-personal information about your use of SEO.Domains’ website: log information, browser user agent, your searches of SEO.Domains’ various products, etc., which will be included in your user profile.
  4. In addition, we may collect your IP address for identification, analytical or statistical purposes.
  5. We may also collect data about your previous searches and previous order history in order to provide you with more accurate searches when performing the functionality of the Services.
  6. You may also visit and use SEO.Domains’ website anonymously, without creating an account.
  7. SEO.Domains’ Service is designed for people 16 years old or older. People under this age cannot make accounts or use Services.
  8. Based on the above, our legal basis for processing personal data:

    • For the performance of a contract – 5 years after termination of the obligations under the contract. The purpose of this period is to cover any potential legal disputes relating to the contract that may arise.

    • right to object to automated processing, including profiling – you also have the right to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling,
    • right to complain about the way we process your personal data. Your complaint can be lodged to us, or directly to the supervisory authority at the contact details below.
    • right to judicial review: in the event that we refuse your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why.
    • right to withdraw your consent at any time where the processing of personal data is based on your consent.

  2. If any amendments are unacceptable to you, you may terminate your account and not use the Service anymore. Your continued use will constitute a binding agreement with the updated Policy.
