Administration Manager

Work type: Hybrid (occasional office presence required)
Location: Sofia (Hybrid)
Reports to: Operations Manager (for administrative responsibilities)

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to support the Operations Manager in a multi-company environment and to lead our administration function in Bulgaria.

This is a senior, high-trust role with clear ownership over corporate administration, governance coordination, document management and contract processes. You represent the Operations Manager in meetings and negotiations in terms of administration management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns and improves administrative processes, templates, checklists and internal standards
  • Coordinates the contract lifecycle (non-legal): registers, versions, internal approvals, deadlines, e-signature, archiving and renewals tracking
  • Maintains corporate calendars, key registers and documentation structure for multiple legal entities
  • Represents the Operations Manager on delegated topics in internal and external meetings on administrative and coordination matters
  • Participates in management/board-level meetings and ensures follow-up and execution of decisions concerning administration management
  • Leads operational/commercial negotiations with suppliers and partners within agreed parameters (scope, pricing ranges, SLAs, timelines) and escalates decisions outside the mandate
  • Leads a small administration team across two locations (Varna and Sofia) and ensures clear task ownership and timely delivery
  • Coordinates with external legal/accounting partners when needed (process coordination, not legal advice)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior administration / operations / corporate administration
  • Proven experience coordinating contracts, documentation and cross-team approvals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to represent a leader professionally and confidently
  • High level of discretion, ownership and attention to detail
  • Very good command of English

Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Sofia (Hybrid)
Reports to: HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner based in Sofia to join our HR team. This is our first dedicated recruitment hire, so you will play a key role in shaping how we attract and select talent across all departments — Administration, Finance, Domain Acquisition & Valuation, Portfolio Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing.

Beyond recruitment, you will support the HR Manager with ad hoc tasks related to HR administration, onboarding and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (primary focus)

  • Own the full recruitment cycle — from identifying hiring needs with managers through sourcing, screening and interviews to offer and closure
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels — LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates against role requirements and company culture
  • Suggest and implement new sourcing strategies and channels to continuously improve the quality and speed of hiring
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to final decision
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and the company’s presence on job platforms

HR Support:

  • Onboarding — organise and lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and structured integration into the company
  • Administration — assist with HR documentation, employee files, contracts and internal policies
  • Performance Management — support the coordination of performance review cycles, including preparation of materials, deadline tracking, feedback collection and results summary
  • Participate in HR surveys and contribute to the development of HR documentation and processes

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to support various HR processes beyond recruitment
  • Very good command of English

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive based in Bulgaria to join our B2B sales team.

The role focuses on selling SEO-driven digital products to international clients from competitive industries such as iGaming, finance, cryptocurrency, healthcare and others. You will help clients achieve faster organic growth in Google through strategic domain and SEO solutions.

This is an individual contributor role, fully focused on sales and client relationships.

What We Sell

We sell SEO-focused digital assets, not traditional marketing services.

Our products include premium aged and SEO-optimized domain names, as well as domain + SEO-ready solutions used for faster Google ranking and market entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales of SEO and domain-based digital products
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with international clients
  • Lead sales meetings and commercial negotiations
  • Work with CRM systems, pipelines and sales reports
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales
